Recieved your order and it's not a purrfect fit?? Please contact us within 48 hours so we can organise an exchange or refund (depending on the situation)
Orders that are faulty are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the faulty items. All faulty items are to be returned to our return address, we will provide you with a return label. Shipping costs are non refundable, however we will cover the cost of the return cost for the faulty items. An exchange will be offered if you wish to swap the faulty items.
Change of mind/ Wrong fit
Within 14 days of recieving your items if you change your mind or have the wrong size we can provide you with a Store credit so you can exchange your items. The items must be in the same condition you bought them ( only tried on) and have tags still attached.
Shipping is non refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Little Ellie products are made from high quality and durable materials, however not indestructible. We guarantee our pet apparel and accessories at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products or products we stock please send an email to us at email@example.com with details and please provide a photo of the issue.
Before use of all products we ask that you please inspect for any defects or faults as we are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products or products we stock.
