Returns & Exchanges Policy

Recieved your order and it's not a purrfect fit?? Please contact us within 48 hours so we can organise an exchange or refund. 

 

Change of mind/ Wrong fit

Within 14 days of recieving your items if you change your mind or have the wrong size we can provide you with a Store credit so you can exchange your items. The items must be in the same condition you bought them ( only tried on) and have tags still attached. 

Shipping is non refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer. Please include a pre-paid mailbag for the return of the exchanged item to your address. Contact us via littleellieboutique01@gmail.com before returning the items to us for refund or exchange. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats and various other edible dog products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty Items

Orders that are faulty are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the faulty items. All faulty items are to be returned to our return address, we will provide you with a return label. Shipping costs are non refundable, however we will cover the cost of the return cost for the faulty items. An exchange will be offered if you wish to swap the faulty items.

Little Ellie products are made from high quality and durable materials, however not indestructible. We guarantee our pet apparel and accessories at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products or products we stock please send an email to us at littleellieboutique01@gmail.com with details and please provide a photo of the issue.

Before use of all products we ask that you please inspect for any defects or faults as we are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products or products we stock.
